Hoping someone can help me figure out what the teddy bear product is in the image? I have it and did a render of it, several years ago (G3 era), but for the life of me, I don't know what the product is called.

Hmmm...close, but I don't think it is.
It is, but it's just had black added as the color on one of the shader surface components, probably on the base (diffuse). The ear you can see have a separate surface that is white in that render but can be changed.
I have the product from Sloshwerks and I can assure you that it's not the same teddy - the eyes alone are very much different as well as the nose. I appreciate your help though.

Probably not the teddy from Second Circle's Rain Bundle: https://www.daz3d.com/distressed-outfit-for-genesis-3-female-s, but it could be re-textured to make it similar.

Slosh or was it former members of RuntimeDNA (Traveller maybe?) did release freebie plush toy shaders a couple years back as a set of freebies in these forums if you can manage to find them to help you in your quest to imitate that teddy bear.

The teddy used in the promo for the shaders IIRC it was a really old christmas freebie pre 2015 and I can't find it anywhere
