Technically, both are correct. "Longue" is the original French term, but Lounge is traditionally used in English and has been since this chair was introduced to England because people do lounge in it. The "Caise Lounge" term has been documented in British texts since 1811 and in American texts since 1824. This is mentioned in the wiki article you cite.
