Problems encountered when logging into DIM.

When I log in using DIM, this message always appears: 'Unable to login to the specified account. Verify the email and/or password and try again. but my username and password are correct.How can this issue be resolved?

Are you sure the email and password are correctly entered? What happens if you create a new account in Install Manager (from the log-in dialogue or by clicking the account name at the top) using the same address and password?
