Figures look different

I am using version 4.23. Why are my viewports looking different?

First image is when I am in Actors, Wardrobe & Props viewport, the second is in Render viewport & anamation viewport.

Is this normal for version 4.23?

    Next to Perspective view there are two different icons. I am not sure what they are off hand (hard to see on the blue) but they are not the same. Try to make them the same and they should return to looking correct.

    The first one is using Filament and the second is using Texture Shaded I think.

     The one was Filament, I changed them so they are both the same and look the same now.
