Rolling up something

Hi,
I work in ZBrush. Does anyone know what sort of process I need to study to roll up a doube sided mat I made? It's a yoga mat and I thought it would be a cool extra to have a tight roll up morph for it!
Any takers? Keep in mind, I use ZBrush so if it's info you think I can translate cool and thanks!

When I made a rug a couple of years back, I just made a second model, that was basically a cylinder, basically and 'rolled' the texture. That was a lot easier than actually rolling it.
I'm not even sure how to approach it in zbrush.
And in DS, as far as morphs go, they work best for simple linear movement...something like actually rolling up a mat/rug would work better as a rigged figure. You'd probably need to group it with progressively larger areas to get it to roll nicely. Start at one edge and make the first bone for one row of polys...and the one on the opposite side would be several...
Well eclark, over at the Hivewire forums, gave me an idea. So in ZBrush, I would mask off and then blur the mask and use the transpose rotation tool to roll it, mask more using the grow mask button and roll it some more and keep going till I have it rolled up. I'm going to try that idea out tomorrow morning!
Sounds like it may work...but I bet there's lots of fiddling with the mask to get a clean, nice looking roll.
Nice thing about the masking tool is there is a "grow mask" button that works very well for tight spaces!
RAMWolf, there is a rolling carpet prop in the Rendo free stuff by Allstereo. While the prop itself may not work for you, Allstereo includes documentation on how s/he created the morph. Allstereo's work seems fit only for Poser, but the info might be useful.
Thanks. I'll see if I can find that...
My attempt was a bust.... I asked on the Z Central forums so got my fingers crossed for some help from the pros there!
