Pse HELP - charged twice causing bank account to be overdrawn

I tried to buy a gift card but the order didn't appear to complete; so I tried again. While I now have one completed order I have two charges causing my bank account to be overdrawn with extra charges. Phone support won't connect me with appropriate people to correct this. How canb I keep from being overdrawn?

Gift cards show this: "Unable to load recent personalized data. Cart contents, product ownership and account information may be incorrect."
So the gift cards are screwing up with more than one person.
Yeah but I need the extra charge reversed today to avoid overdrawn charges And I can't seem to get immediate help anymore
I think the whole secure side of the site went down. I got that simply looking at the galleries and forums.
It may have cleared by this time, but after my incident at Rendo, I changed my passwords.
Charlie Judge your best bet is to contact your bank via its telephone customer support if its available and explain what has occurred. Sometimes this helps as they can either defer the second charge or enable a credit to be present to nulify the overdrawn charge. Daz would most likley be able to help to fix your problem but not likely in that short amount of time.
Something similar happened to me on another website and my bank was able to credit my account so that I didn't have to pay for any overdrawn charges.
edit: Guess Daz could get it done in that short amount of time!
Open up a support ticket right away, PM me the ticket number and I'll push our support people pretty hard on it so it should get resolved today.

Furthermore, I find that the when I try to apply it the code I was sent for the one completed order comes up "Wrong Gift Card Code" So now I am out $540 and possible bank overdraft charges and have NOTHING to show for it!
Got word back from the head of our support team, they say it has been taken care of.
Not completely! The extra charge has been removed BUT the Gift Card code for the order that was completed (and still charged for) still doesn't work. So I will avoid overdraft charges, but DAZ still has $270 of my money that I can't spend
Check you didn't receive two emails - sometimes you will get two, with different codes, and only one will work.
Go to your ticket and include that information. The important thing was to avoid the overdraft, now use the ticket system to get the rest taken care of as you were very lucky that Rawb saw this at all with these being peer-to-peer forums.
True and for avoiding the overdraft I am very grateful to both DAZ_Rawb and sales support. But the information about the gift certificate not working was included BEFORE the ticket was resolved. I have reopened the ticket and hopefully it will be resolved; but since my whole current budget fot DAZ was included in the gift certificate I can't buy much else from the current sales until I get a working certificate I can apply to the purchase. Hope they fix it before the 'Celebrate our new look' sale is over.
And yes I know these are peer-peer forums but I didn't know too many other options was hoping somebody from DAZ would see it

I've had a similar problem just now.
Bought a gift card (and other stuff) went through the checkout process, during which time the site floated off into the ether!
Got an error message 523 (see attacthment)
I left things alone, expecting all would be OK when the site returned.
In the mean time I got the usual email 'receipts' from paypal to say 'you've sent money to DAZ, and from DAZ to say 'thanks for the funds'
Then my codes arrived from DAZ, .... TWICE! and indeed they were two VERY different codes!
The real problem is that NEITHER code shows as valid, both comming back as 'invalid'
So I have the acknowledgement emails, I have downloaded all the goods, and I have two usless codes, both proporting to be for my $100.oo card!
Opened a support ticket as soon as I found the emails contained usless codes, (having first gone through the usual checking for artifacts/hidden characters during cut-n-paste etc)
As yet, no word from support, save from the automatated "We've received your query'.
Edited to add, I opened that ticket over two hours ago now!
Yep, I'm still waiting for the non-working gift certificate to be resolved. I did manage to scrape together a couple of extra bucks to get the Leyton Hair on sale; but I missed getting some other things and will have to miss most of the sales
While this has been a very frustrating and upsetting experience, I am happy to report that because of DAZ_Rawb's extra effort and the excellent help of Britteny in sales support both the problem of double charge and the problem of the non-working gift card have now been resolved.
Since I am mostly retired and only work a little part time, I am on a very limited budget and have to watch my funds closely.
Thank you DAZ_Rawb and Britteny for the quick resolution of these problems which allowed me to avoid bank overdraft charges.

Yes, I have to report that all's well in my account too.
Britney came to the rescue and my account now shows the missing funds.
I'm off now to complete the purcase of Scott's Pro bundle + a couple of other things
