Cloudflare error - AI server continues to be down

For the last couple of days I've been getting a Cloudflare error saying the 'web server is down' for Daz AI Studio.  When I click to go into the Daz AI Studio, it appears as tho it's going to load and I can briefly see the interface for it but then blips out and gives me that Cloudflare error.  I've tried 2 different browsers and also my phone but all are the same.  I'm a paid subscriber too so I'm hoping someone will please look into this to fix it.
