Robot questions (Bot Genesis and Cyborg Version 4)

If I'm reading the product descriptions correctly, Bot Genesis is simply a skin compatible with V4 UVs, correct? If that's the case, having V4 for G2F would allow me to use these products without much issue, no?

On the other hand, Cyborg Version 4 is an actual figure and not a preset so it is *not* usable with my G2F content?

Bot Genesis has a skin that you could use for G2F (actually, just tested it and got lots of errors, so maybe not), but the major thing about it is anatomy -- it swaps out various body parts for robotic-like body parts, which you can mix and match. The robot stuff is Genesis only, I'm pretty sure.

Testing it, you CAN apply Bot anatomy to G2F, but it doesn't hide geometry right and looks bad.

In my web comic I use bot genesis a lot for main character as Genesis.

Here's a shot of my character:

Note that the fun thing with Iray is that you can really play with the materials. In this case, I gave most of the 'shell' a slight translucency that makes for a good plastic looking substance.

Thanks, that's about what I expected concerning the geometry and whatnot. Too bad I actually prefer the look of Bot Genesis over other G2F bot products, but most of my stuff is in G2F...
