can someone help me [with PoseBuilder genesis 2 female]? I keep getting this message. can I get some help why don't they respond to service tickets?

It seems to be having trouble with a file in the temp folder, I assume one it is creating itself. Make sure that the C: drive isn't full and that the listed folder isn't write-protected. If those don't seem to be the issue then try using Edit>Preferences to set a new location for the Temp folder
