  Don't know if there is a Cookie version but there are similar hairs for Sadie and Nana here:

  I tried them both on Cookie, the Sadie version seem to fit a little better, just need some adjustment.

  Cookie hair?  Perhaps like this platinum blonde, coconut crewcut, w/beard?
