  This looks like several different characters. If you have one good picture, do a Google image search.

  As per when this was posted on Reddit you can check daz3d.com/crocodile-liu for similar characters. As it's so easy to mix-and-match characters there is no guarentee any figure you see in an image can be bought "as-is".

  This looks like a VO character. The puffy eyes and face shape says VO to me.
