Can ANYONE identify the hair used in this picture?
It's not included in the pack. Look at the texture. There is also bits of grey toward the top.

It might be the Oliver hair, which comes with the Oliver pack... not sure, though.

Actually, it's not likely to be either of those. Dan predates them both by a fair amount of time, so they wouldn't have been available.
My guess would be either Cesar Hair (he comes with his own separate hair figure) or Boy Hair by 3Dream (fourth item down on that page) -- likely Cesar from the look of it.
