Best Animation Export Settings

I want to export an animation made in Daz, the export includes morphs transformations, but i dont want that dials on Cinema4D, in fact, i really dont care if the animation cant be edited in cinema4d, i just want to export the mesh without bones, dials, etc. Whats the best way to do that? I tried exporting as FBX but its a 120mb file and cinema4d crashes.
