Stupid 'Shopping Cart'

Hello guys, I'm not sure this is posted in the right place but I couldn't seem to see anywhere else that it might fit in....

I'm having an issue with my account 'Shopping Cart' - I placed an order for a product in the store, then 'continued shopping', when I went to my cart to pay for the item I'd added my cart was showing as empty.

The cart icon on the task bar (top of the screen) is showing I have an item in there but when I open the cart to pay it says 'no items in your cart'..... Great, I thought I'd just simply go back to the item page and get it again but guess what ? I can't because on the item page it's already showing as 'in my cart' so I can't add it again.

Has anyone got any ideas how I sort this out please? I've contacted DAZ but so far had not a single word back from them.

    Tried logging out and then in again? It often sorts out these glitches.

    Yes Redz, I've logged in and out several times since this happened and the issue is still on going.

  • Sometimes if you just add any other item to your cart it will then show all the items, and then you can delete the new item.
