the one for victoria-stephanie is a little less expensive. do they mean stephanie petite or the older version stephanie?

The one which includes Steph has morphs for it to fit the original Steph and V2.
Yes, the Victoria-Stephanie one is for V1/2 and the original Stephanie.
daz should hire someone full-time to fix all the lil requirements errors on the product pages
