lip sync error 32 bit daz

Hello iv been using Daz 32 built-in lip sync for years now never had a issue with it :/ until today? I'm trying to add my actors lines to a lip animation but I'm getting this error can anyone help? thanks

That is a long looking path - do other files, less deeply nested, work still?
other files from the same path are fine though :/
And that particular file was OK before? Does it still open in other applications?
yes i can use it on windows player and vlc :/
i tried redownloading it and trying again but it never worked :/
so I got the VA to convert it to mp3 and resend then I converted it to wav so it works now but thanks for the help was a weird one....
