Why the water is white?

That product was released in 2014, before Iray was added in DS. The shader is likely a custom 3DL shader that Iray doesn't know how to "translate".
You could try selecting the object in the scene pane, then, in the Surfaces panel, apply a different shader.
If I encountered this item, I would start with one of the soapy water shaders in this product: Iray Foam and Bubbles
The shaders might work to make that sea foam look plausible. I've used them a fair amount to depict sea foam or turbulent water. Keep in mind that shaders are not the same as Materials. You apply shaders in the Surfaces panel. Good luck!
