An Extra 20% OFF new “Adorbs” Poses & Expressions below..." yada yada. Not working (as usual when a sale is launched.) I own Skylar (both Gens) so is this working for anyone else? The rest of the sale is working. And yes, I even have one of the products in my cart from that category at the top of the page (SLoshs) even though that isn't required- I tested it. Didn't give the extra discount either way.

I don' know about the section but the 70% off characters for owners of any G3 character isn't working I own V7 and am not getting 70% off anything including in the relevant section. Don't get it if I put Bethany in the cart either.
They're tweaking it- some of the prices went really wonky five minutes ago. If it's 70% off a Daz Original (say original price 16.95, with the 30% off so 11.87) then 70% off 16.95 would be $5.09 (that's off the original price)
But from the PC member price already discounted 30% (11.87) then 70% would be $3.56 and that is what it is doing right now (3am Central.) Check out Ordella- what price do you see in the cart?
I put Ordella in the cart and I'm seeing $11.87 just the 30% off.
Add this specific one- that's what I had in my cart. Let's see if that one works to trigger it? (And it should.)

this is ridiculous now. It's 10:48am and they've been at work Daz time for several hours. (I know that because several hours earlier, prices were changing. So someone was fiddling long before 8am work hours Daz time.) I feel sorry for the vendor, it's costing sales. Some people don't have all day to keep checking in.
Seems like every G2 character is on sale there except Brynn. But I don't really need any of the headliner items anyways, so that's ok.
For reference, does G3 herself count as having a G3 female character? I assume not.
Yep. 20% still not working for me, although the featured characters and artist catalogs are working.
I'm just not sure why DAZ insist on starting new sales during a time when no one can check if things are working correctly (or rather what parts of it don't work this time around). Is it this much better to bog down customer service with refund requests and annihilate the trust of their customers?
Just had a reply to my ticket I put in this morning. Refund now in my store Credit.
It's noon at DAZ-time and it's still not fixed. I don't understand why this takes so long to fix.
You do have one of the Bridging the Gap items and one of the listed characters in your cart together, as well as having purchased a Geensis 3 Female character?
The 20% additional discount is working now for me with the Gen 3 version of Skyler I had purchased earlier.\
edit: It's even working with the Gen 2 versions of the poses and expressions (and I didn't buy Skyler Gen2).
I bought both G2F and G3F versions of Skyler. The 20% extra sale for the poses or expressions is not there.

Yes and yes and yes. Only the 20% extra discount IS working, but as I already posted, "Skyler Character and Hair for Genesis 3 Female(s)" (as it is the only Genesis female I bought yet) does NOT trigger the 70% discount on listed characters or the 55% on featured artist catalogs. It's almost midnight here and these buggy sales almost every week suxx more and more and have affected my spending habits here massively. Just sayin'.
I just made a test and threw in Victoria 7 Pro Bundle to see if that maybe triggers the additional discounts .. nope. Only the 20% discount still appears correct.

And I'm still getting the 70% but not the 20% (been that way all day long, though I've been away the last few hours so I don't know if there has been temporary changes during that period).
Hm, just tried to put the Skyler G2 bundle in the cart despite I've already purchased it (and the store does say "Purchased"). Now the 20% discount for poses/expressions finally showed up.
After removing the bundle again the discount remains, so there seem to have been a problem with registering that I already had the bundle, which apparently was fixed by putting it in the cart temporarily. Or maybe they just fixed it while I was doing this, who knows...
The Skyler discount worked for me, but the 70% doesn't.
Just to make sure, Casual Wear A is a Bridging the Gap new release, Lorelei Mertail is a Featured Character, and Skyler for Genesis 3 (which I own) is a Genesis 3 Female Character, right?
Yes, that should trigger the discount. Try refreshing your cart and adding another Bridging the Gap release (and take it out after you test this) The 20% wasn't working for me (but the 70% always did) and I added a second of the pose sets, refreshed, and the 20% worked. I then took the second pose set out and the discount was still there. It might have been timing but the second item seemed to trigger the discount (which stayed after I took it back out.) Or, like I said, they might have fixed it and I happened to test at that exact time.
THIS STILL DOES NOT WORK CORRECT AFTER 24 HOURS..
1. "Skyler Character and Hair for Genesis 3 Female(s)" DOES NOT AT ALL trigger the 70% or 55% discounts although I have it in product library and it IS a Genesis 3 Female character !
2. V7 Pro Bundle DOES NOT trigger any discount when IN cart although it includes a Genesis 3 Female character, while V7 character alone DOES trigger the discounts. The bundle (most probably) works AFTER you purchased it as the character will be listed separately in product library then ! Same might apply to Starter and other Genesis 3 character bundles, which at least seems weird if you prefer people to buy into the bundles.
This simply looks like someone - again - did not set up trigger items correctly. -.-
I still have a $297 cart (before discounts) and am waiting for sales being fixed and discounts showing up so I can make final purchase decisions, but this seems impossible with Daz. I guess - once again - the 'Clear Shopping Cart' button will be be my best friend this evening.
I'm not sure G3F character is being defined - though the V7 Pro bundle certainly ought to count on the face of it.

.. it says "any", so this is perfectly defined, I'd say. No reason why "Skyler Character and Hair for Genesis 3 Female(s)" wouldn't work as a trigger then. It's not that is says 'Daz original characters only' or something..
But no problem, I don't really care for this sale in specific, another sale is just around the corner and I can wait. It's just that it gets annoying running into the same problems again and again and again when filling up my cart - it really isn't funny anymore. There have been discussions about sales being too complicated - I prefer to say sales are too complex. Even too complex for the guys who install them, it seems. These are not problems caused by the shop system, but by people who admin it. Today we have 'buy an older full price item and get a higher discount on the new item and something more for free'. Wow.
