Victoria 5 to 7 in SimValley? Like Secondlife...

Hello everyone,
I'm taking part in building a wonderful new community in a cyber grid called Sim Valley - www.simvalley.nl - and it's very much like Secondlife. However it is not YET as advanced as Secondlife - because Secondlife has had quite a lead and also incredible vendors and builders. This is the sure future of Sim Valley - however it NEEDS incredible vendors and builders and they are starting to come in. Many are coming from Secondlife - due to the high costs of rent and land there - and it's driving many away. The determination is that this will not happen in Sim Valley. That said and now aside... we can get back to the Sim Valley needs.
Avatars - that equal those now found in Secondlife.
I need to know...HOW can we possible utilize the technology of Victoria 5, 6, or 7 in there? I see many vendors in Secondlife that are vendors at Renderosity and here at Daz3d.com - and they are making money there. It's going to be a bit different in Sim Velley - at a certain point of building it up, there will be stores, shops etc. where various vendors can and will earn... but not on the scale of Secondlife where people are leaving... it will be at a rate that does not steal the joy and pleasure all went in there to find.
1.) Okay... so can anyone direct me, or help me on how to get started?
2.) Are there any here who are skilled enough in animations - avatar or character building ie; shapes and looks? Or builders of vast worlds of fantasy who would love to come in and make their mark on a new grid world that is going to be amazing? If you do... for right now - anyone coming in will get an entire SIM -(Land)- for FREE! Which will remain yours rent free cost free all the way into the future when Sim Valley takes off.
So... any help offered or links to how it's done are welcome!

You would not be able to use DAZ content for this kind of thing - even the Game Developer License is for content embedded in a game, not for add-ons available later in-game.
I see... so, do you Richard know of have known of what is used for developing Avatars for online Sims? I wouldn't mind a link to that if you have heard if it.
There are dozens of different modeling applications which can be employed to create avatars for SL. Some people still use the built-in prim system even! Of course, there are both commercial and open source options. Blender is a popular free modeler which could be used to make an avatar.
Of course, having the tools and having the skills are two very different things. There's a lot to take on board with any new pursuit, and modeling has a lot of variables to consider. It's easy enough to create something basic, but once you move onto the more advanced stuff (and I consider avatars to be reasonably complex given all the rigging), it gets a lot trickier.
You said it... but I'm hoping to learn those skills...
One of the easiest to use for avatars, MakeHuman...

And yes, you can export a fully rigged figure for use...
