Just now when I went to use the DIM I was redirected to my account where I was asked to digitally sign the End Users Agreement. There was no option to do this even though I WAS and AM  logged in.

    Try going to the EULA from the link at the bottom of the forum page, and signing it there.  (Licensing Agreement)

    It seems to not be working.

    You can also sign it from your product Library, in your account.
