DIM won't access the internet suddenly

First off, omg I hate these new forums. They are too confusing and too hard to load on dialup :(
Can anybody else connect to DIM right now? I've been trying for 20 minutes and it won't even attempt to access the internet. Note what I said there, I'm not having any trouble logging in, it won't even get that far... it will not even try to access to the internet. My internet status shows absolutely nothing is trying to send/receive data and the TCPView program for Windows shows DIM is not accessing any of the ports trying to talk to the server. It just sits there and eventually times out claiming my login info was wrong, even though it wouldn't connect to the server to begin with.
I had NO problem last night at all. I have used DIM every day all month long with no problems connecting. This started very suddenly today. There were no changes of any kind on the computer between last night and today when I tried to connect. I already reinstalled DIM and that did not fix the problem.
Is anybody else having this problem today, and why would DIM suddenly not want to even try to communicate with the server? I can tell it to work offline just fine, but it will not access the internet at all now. Also, I already checked and the firewall is not blocking it.

We are aware of the issue, there was a scheduled update of the servers DIM connects to in order to upgrade them to beefier hardware to improve download speeds.
There are redundant servers in place to handle this sort of upgrade but things didn't quite go to plan.
Unfortunately there were some crossed wires and we are actively working with the remote hands on getting the new servers up and going correctly. We do not expect this will be an extended outage and I will fill everyone in if there are complications that would last longer than an hour.
Thanks you. I was starting to get scared... I just set up a new desktop yesterday and wasn't able to simply transfer my runtime, so I have to install everything fresh. Was about a third of the way thru when DIM crashed and wouldn't let me log in. I was afraid I'd hit some sort of cap or download limit. :P
I tried to log into DIM and I thought it was because I put in a bad password. Thanks for the heads up.
Okay, our datacenter attempted to move us to a new set of network equipment in order to up the maximum speeds that could happen through DIM.
Somehow, that conversion went wrong, so they are moving us back to the old network equipment. It looks like a lot of things have switched over but the DIM download servers still aren't responding to download requests. We are still in contact and working through this, just wanted to give you an update because this outage is going on way longer than it was supposed to.
Everything should be back up and the same as it was before.
I'll post a forum announcement a little bit before our next migration so you will be aware to expect some bumps. It won't happen for a little while but we have a good idea on what went wrong so we can avoid it next time.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but this pain is to produce a faster DIM download in the long run.
prod lib d/ls are working.
