Genesis clothing to G3F?

Anyone know if there has been word on whether or not something like this is in development?

I know this is the stage of the release cycle where a new Victoria is released (and we wait for months for a new Michael!! ugh!), and we (as users and customers) wait for a bit as developers craft utilities so that all the wonderful stuff in our libraries isn't rendered obsolete for this new figure, but I have to say, I'm getting tired of this cycle being played out again and again. I might be more willing to plunk down money on DAZs new figure (which at this rate, looks like it might be getting into Super Bowl numbering soon!) if they would offer an upgrade path sooner rather than later. I mean, I understand how a lot of the development for having older clothing compatible with a new figure seems to come most often from vendors rather than directly from DAZ, but it was kinda disappointing to see that G3F only offers support for G2F clothing at this time. Talk about feeling milked for my money...   sad

what you can do is fit clothing to G2F first. Then fit to G3F. I do it sometimes for V4 clothing as well. Few extra clicks, but you dont need to wait.

Just do a 2 step conversion. Convert to G2F... save... convert that to G3F. Easy smiley

if it is an item you want to use a lot it may be worth saving it as a figure asset so you don't have to do that process again. also this will may any scene suing that asset much smaller as it references to assets saved elswhere(instead of being stored directly in the duf file)

Easy to forget now that we got so used to relying on conversion programs to do things! smiley

On a side note (hope I don't get into trouble LOL) SickleYield has a new "shrink wrap breasts/crotch divot" fixer over at Renderosity. Search for Front Fixer. It's a blessing! LOL
