Problems attaching files?

Anyone else have problems attaching files?

I have to "attach" a pic several times, before it actually works....same file..no changing size or anything...

Even this one had the problem, as shown in the second pic.

    Yes. I have to do it twice and delete the first one that doesn't show the image.
