iClone 6 Pro Error- Won't Install

It downloads but when I click open it says files are missing or corrupted and it won't open.

    It's not in DIM either, and I have plugins/software etc checked to allow for installation. So it doesn't work manually or with DIM.

    I got my copy from real site .

    didn;t know you could get it from Daz .

    The instructions are what's acting up, so how would people know what to do? FILES ARE MISSING, won't open at all.  (Thanks for clarifying though Bigh). So people buy it and yes, experienced users know the serial number is there, but THERE IS A MANUAL DOWNLOAD AND A DIM DOWNLOAD so if we are supposed to go to the reallusion site then why are those there DAZ??????

    The only download section I found this morning before I went to bed was to download a trial version on the reallusion site.

    Furthermore, when you do the trial version (as there's absolutely NO OPTIONS under the "Buy" to enter a serial number) then when you select upgrade to full version, again it takes you to the buy page without a way to enter a serial number. Then under FAQ I went to the Purchase section and didn't see anything for upgrading from trial to full when you already have a serial number. Extremely poor website.

     We have received your request and assigned you the ticket ID below. Our response time currently lies between 2 to 3 business days

    Hopefully that is a standard blurb to manage expectations. Otherwise, they should simply state, "We're piss poor at customer support, sorry about that!"

    OK.   Now can we all calm down, and let's get this thing sorted out.

    Novica, you bought iclone from DAZ 3D, yes?    Then you download it from DAZ 3D.   If you are having problems with the download then you need to send a ticket to CS at DAZ 3D, as per normal.  Ignore any other advice.

    If you bought it in todays Software sale, then it may take a while for you to get more than the normal automated response from DAZ 3D CS. That response you have quoted does not look like a normal DAZ 3D automated response.

    To clarify, it was the Reallusion site where I got that customer service post. Daz's has always been on the ball so far as my experiences go with them.

     I went to RealIusion site to download per the previous post advice earlier today (he was trying to help) as there was NO downloads whatsoever from DAZ- only a 43 mb pdf that wouldn't even open. (Corrupted or missing files.) . So it made sense at the time that it would be from the other site. Should have known.

    log in

    fine the software you paid for here

    put in cart

    then use the sn you got from Daz

    you should see - price to buy $0

    click check out

    then goto your account and download all the files

    install iClone 6 pro first

    Hi Bigh, sorry I didn't respond, still getting used to these forums and bookmarking threads, etc.

    So everyone knows, Daz Support responded and said Reallusion has "changed the way Daz users get their content" and the serial numbers are invalid when I try to register many of them. So I am not shown as an owner, the files aren't there in my account. 

    Daz said they would get this solved as soon as possible. Bought 3 programs Thursday, it's now Sunday, been 4 days. I am going all weekend without any of these being resolved.
