    It's generally a pretty sound step to check out Mairy 3Dream, SWAM, goldtassel, or PropsChick when you're looking for a hair.

    Other leading hair vendors (at least on this site) are AprilYSH, Neftis, and Valea. But things in promo renders don't necessarily come from this site.

    All of the above have been around for a good while and have a sizable backlog. But there are other popular vendors as well.

    from the Promo notes is sez it's the Birthday Girl Hair for Genesis Females

    but to me it dosen't look like the same

    It's not. Birthday Girl is the brown hair in the second and third promo images.

    EDIT: On further review, I really do think it might be the hair in V4 Ranger, with the Ranger Hair Colors and Motion addon to make it white. Not sure why it's not linked if that's the case.

    I think the white one may be Alkyone Hair at Rendo.
