Glowing Props

I'm doing a 3Delight render and even without lights, the props in the scene are glowing.
I checked SSS but these objects don't seem to have that in the surfaces tabs.
Any thoughts?

Check their Ambient settings - try dialing the ambient down to 0.
I gave that a try and reduced ambient settings to zero. That did not do the trick.
Any other ideas? Maybe a global lighting thing I need to address?
Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Forums were down for hours for me.
I've even deleted the scene and started over with it. I'd just do a brand new scene altogether but I've got some pretty complicated figures I've already built.
That furniture looks familiar, which set is it from? If it's old, and only exists in Poser format (or you loaded the Poser-format items instead of the D|S-format ones), then the materials will be a bit off.
It's not global lighting, and delete-the-lot-and-start-over will do nothing except waste time — the surfaces settings on the objects will load the same way every time.
Maybe there are D|S materials supplied with the furniture that will get rid of the glow?
Try the reflection settings thats another setting thats is often way of for DS in old props with only poser settings. Ambient also needs to be black as well as at 0
Yes, a lot of the old Redhouse sets in the PC need the reflection settings adjusted - turn down the strength, or simply remove the maps and use real reflections if you have a full sceen around them.

Reflection settings — that's the other gotcha I was trying to think of. Reflection settings are something else that work differently enough between Poser and D|S that you pretty much always have to either tweak them or remove them.
