Measure Metrics issue 4.22

Hi, I havent used measure metric for a while today i tried it  but not sure what is happening. Included a screen shot, it is installed but when i click wearables , giving me this error that file doesnt exit.

What might be the issue?

    ah! Looks like i had to drop it not dounle click on it. it worked !
