  I see a few on other sites (if you do a Google search for wheelchair obj props), but... they're kind of absurdly expensive, if you ask me. ($25-75??)

  Over at Renderosity they have two or three fairly normal looking wheelchairs. Just do a search and you will see them.

  It's a Toon version, but if you resize it (approximately 200-250%) and (if need be) change the textures it might do the job.

  3D Universe makes quality stuff... I noticed a decent set of crutches in that pack, too. The wheelchair looks good.
