One thing to note- the cart is and has done the wrong dates ever since Magento, possibly before but I wasn't a member then. My order several hours ago (BEFORE daz time changeover, Central time was even before midnight) showed 7-1 when it was clearly still 6-30. This might make a difference if you are trying to tell support that you still had the Summer Sizzle savings (as we don't know when it ends.) So be aware the cart date isn't correct, even by Daz time. It is only now 1am central time.

In your Orders. The dates are often one day off. And I mean when I order several hours before daz midnight. I am central time, placed an order around 11ish here (which means 1am is daz's midnight) and sure enough, it put the order as July 1.

I just noticed that everything in my Wish List that was on sale July 1st Eastern Time now is at full price. Refreshing the page which usually fixed the problem no longer works. Was yesterday just a one-day sale? Without knowing when a sale ends it's been extremely difficult keeping up with all the new sales. I didn't buy Victoria 7 because I'm a Poser user, but I was able to snatch up a few Gen2 items early this morning.

What is going on with this store? Another thing I hate is I have to keep logging in. That needs fixing as well.

Hmm, last time I put in an order shortly before DAZ midnight (11:32 PM DAZ time) was in March, and it shows the correct day in My Orders. You've seen this several times? Does the emailed invoice have the correct date?

Jun 30, 2015 23:53:54 PDT on the receipt

Order Date: July 1, 2015 in the Orders section

Happens a lot whenever ordering after 11pm Central time.

I wonder why it says PDT if you're Central time? Is your billing address correct?

Something else that shows the store cart needs looking at- and this might seem funny - the cart is off by a penny or two from what it shows is due vs what it charges upon checkout. One order shows it should be x.11 and then I go check out, it shows x.10 when I use the cc or paypal, and the checkout amount, receipt, and order all match and are x.10 A penny less.

I have screenshots of that order when viewing the cart (not after I hit checkout, where it drops a penny.)

    Weird.

What date and time does it say in the confirmation Email? I checked my order from yesterday and they are correct, but that was 11:30 AM (9:30 AM MDT).

Mine is given in MDT and I live in EDT..

EDIT; DOH I should read better! :red:

Here- there's probably more I could find but this was in the past few days. First is when you view cart, the second is in Orders and what was charged. I know, it's laughable because it's a penny, but multiply that by a hundred people, a thousand people, etc. I haven't bothered to figure out which one was right (and can't, as I don't know what tier I was at, what was on sale, etc)

    Yep. Florida. Central time.

Found another one which did the opposite- said it was going to be X.08 cents in the cart, but charged me x.10 during checkout and in Orders. So it charged me 2 cents more that what I agreed to pay when I checked out. Hmmm. Edit: that was on the 27th. So two times in 4 orders it has shown different prices and done different things but only by a few cents.

The first time it charged me a penny less that what the cart showed, the second time it actually charged me two cents more than what was shown.

This was raised in the past.

The second page is the accurate one. The first page tended to overcharge a penny for some reason. All should be well now, but before this was fixed, we were all probably overcharged by a penny or so each transaction.

Raised in the past- means what exactly, if you recall? How long ago? As mentioned in my edit, this was in the past few days- two out of four orders. (as of June 27th till now)

Anyway, thought they should know. Toddling off to do other things. : )

Hmmm maybe late last year or early this one. The rounding up of pennies for the subtotal screen (as well as the eventual going back down for the place order screen) has been there for many months. The rounding down then back up might be new.

If you are having trouble logging in that would explain the cleared punches - mine are still there.

Hi! Does anyone know if the "thanks for purchasing V7" sale is over already? I just purchased V7 yesterday and was hoping to buy some things today at the sales prices - everything in my cart was back at normal price - so emptied cart. I was hoping to find some sort of explanation in the forums, neither the email or the shop add didn't specify one day only :( -Cathy

Oh common , I had 42 articles in my shopping cart because of the 80%/60% deals on Genesis prods and related ......The offer started yesterday (European time) and is now already canceled. This is PATHETIC. What do you DAZ people think? We have everyday a payday?? Serious, I am so angry and disappointed here..............

    :shut:

It lasted 24 hours -- on the last day of the month in particular, assume any sales will end at midnight DAZ time (MDT).

I've noticed these inconsistencies too. Some are possibly related to summertime which is a global mess because the change takes place at different dates in different parts of the world. I've more than once discovered that my cart have gone to full price an hour before expected because a store has shifted to summertime that day, at a different date than where I am.

Yes, but in Novica's case something very strange is happening, as the purchase is being made at 11:32 CDT but the email says 11:32 PDT. My emails always display MDT and show the correct time (i.e. 2 hours earlier than EDT in my case).

The sad part for me was that everything I was trying to get showed 50% or 72% off, but when I put it all in the cart it all dropped down to 30%. Very sad panda... I was really looking forward to spending more money and thinning the Wish List some. I must have just missed it by a few minutes as it was around 11pm PST. Boooooooo..... :(

Well it's long ago (couple of years I think) I saw these inconsistencies (which were not related to summertime). AFAIR it was a time mismatch of 1 hour on the receipt when purchasing during the last hour before midnight, DAZ time.

Just checked some of my latest purchases, one is made in the middle of the day, the other in the hour before midnight, DAZ time. All looks fine to me - we're in CET, 8 hours ahead of DAZ during summertime so 08.00 here (07.00 outside summertime) is midnight at DAZ.
