How to move 2 elements at the same time? (Face control rig)

Hello, I need a little help from anyone who has experience with face control rig
I'm trying to move 2 parts of the face at the same time, i select both elements from the face control rig (both eyebrows for example) but when I move them only the last one I selected moves, on another note, Is there a way I can have the element indicators (the red icons overlaying the face) reset their position after I let go of them without them resetting the facial expression?. Any help would be apreciated.
