Issue with Genesis 9 body shapes

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I purchased this item, Genesis 9 body shapes and it does not work. When I click on item in the Daz Central I get an error message. I cannot locate the item in the studio and would like to know how I can fix this. 

I expanded the error message and hope you are able to understand and tell me how to fix it.

    The errro message has nothing to do with the genesis 9 sahpes, and is asking  for Genesis 3 (I think) Starter Essentials - is that isntalled?
