Help:( ---- genesis 8.1 file does not exist

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

GENESIS 8.1 and 8 won't open, it's still in the file path and I've looked up other questions with this same problem, but it doesn't work. I've deleted and reinstalled, same problem. Could you please take a look at the attachment and try to resolve it?  I have no idea what the problem is, I use a MAC. I see 8 in the DIM, but not 8.1, but neither is running in DS.

    Do your other assets work?

    One possible problem is the non-US folder names.

    Same thinking... DS4.x does not support folder name with Unicode, like Korean, Chinese, Japanese...
