in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I recently bought this, I'm trying to load it but says error occured. Is the file messed up or am I doing something wrong? I used the installer to install it and I'm clicking load but its showing error.

    Hi, welcome! That's a Shaping Preset, you need to first load a Genesis 9 base figure into the scene, select the figure and load this Head shaping preset.

    Or directly load the Character Preset in Figures category on the left.
