    You could take that image into an image editing orogram and edit it so you could use it as a mask in LIE.

    This suggestion is the best. This way the OP can use the (very beautiful) original motif and does not have to scroll through the shops for hours only to not find what he/she is looking for in the end.

    Quick test (can only rotate in steps of 90 degrees in LIE, so should be adjusted in an image editing program.

    You can also try an iray decal node, or apply to texture.

    learn the technique and  you will be able to add the tattoo yourself
