Could Not find Exported File from Daz Studio

Hey Guys, I've been trying to export my character from Daz to C4d and this message is popping up "Could Not find Exported File from Daz Studio" I followed the instruction from this video here: (12) Daz Bridges Tutorial - Daz to Cinema 4D - YouTube. Could anyone help me? I have no idea what I should do.

Personally, one version of the bridge exported to the Documents folder on my local folder while another exported to Documents in my Onedrive. It might be useful to completely uninstall the bridge from both DS and C4D (and earlier versions, if you have any lingering around) and then reinstall it to DS, using the bridge to install it to C4D.
First check your Windows user name, it has to be pure Ascii characters (for instance: contato) other than a name in 'unicode'. This plugin does not support unicode. Besides, if you Windows user name belongs to ADMINISTRATORS user group, the import might also fail. A friend of mine ever had the same problem, after creating a new user (set to Adminitrator user group), everything worked fine...
