any ideas of how to get the ?s to show a small thumnail preview photo of the product in the smart content product window?  thanks!

    ?s or !s? ! in the middle iof a frame means the tumbnail was absent or could not be read, ! at bottom right means the whole file is missing. Or do you mean something else?
