RENDERS KEEP COMNG UP CARTOON SHADED AND NOT 3D

HELLO

Im having this issue with EVERY project i work on and its starting to really get to me when its never done this before, my renders keep popping up cartoon shaded or watered down textured. Now this isant my render but its a prime example of how it pops up and i dont know why, my render settings are also here

    Also in the viewport options, be sure that cartoon shaded [or whatever it says] is not selected.
