  I figured it out. Although it doesn't state it, there is a 3 item maximum to get the sale price. So, if you want to buy more than 3, you'll have to make multiple purchases to get the sale prices.

  Actually, I think they mis-labeled this sale.

  It's actually like this:

  1 item = 30% off;
  2 items = 40% off;
  3 items = 50% off;
  4 items = 60% off.

  Effectively, if you buy 4 items, you get the same price as if you bought 3 items plus a buck or so more -- so don't stop at 3, put one more in the basket.

  Very strangely only 1 or 2 of the items will be on sale if you have 5 items in the cart. And 6 items in the cart = 0% savings. I don't know what they are thinking, but this is an up to 60% off sale, for up to 4 items per checkout.
