Hmm, certainly suggestive of that creature's promo image. But maybe that's a red herring... In the interest of guessing something different, I'm gonna propose that it could be the Chimera.

Cthulhu? Though in fairness he never left, so he rises, he doesn't return.

It's got to be the classic Myopic Render Camera for DAZ|Studio!
(Used here to render an Unflatable Pony.)

You have my vote for the best answer, even if it isn't correct!

I'd have gone with the Camel, but we just got a new one of those. So if we're going to venture into the realm of wishful thinking, how about a new version of the Columbian Mammoth?

Your 'Cepahilinoid' or 'Daemon Armor' sound like they would suit that description... 'Helligator', too, but that's already awesome and one of the first models I purchased here. :)

Not to say Valandar couldn't make one also, but the old Columbian Mammoth was by Mec4D and is still available on her website.

At first I thought it looked like an eyestalker /Beholder and that your first word on the original post was a play on the name; but then I looked at yer catalog here and it wasn't you that made that model :(

It's something from Valandar's own catalogue of products, guys - keep that in mind. :)

If it's something returning, it wouldn't show in there presently, would it?

    Well, the description is:

"New geometry, improved rigging, far better textures..."

So, to me, that sounds like something already there, but completely revamped. :) Like Uzilite's 'Liquid Halo Remixed'.

But that's right after it says, "Behold… though long absent, it RETURNS!"; to me, "long absent" means it's not there; it's been there, before, but is absent right now... something that was in his store, but isn't at the moment.

That's possible; to me, it looks like we're looking up at it from ground level, with the head in the upper-right corner; Frogkin would work.

I'm with you; I've been looking through the list of Valandar stuff that's not available currently, and Jabberwock is on that list. And I found the promo. That's definitely it. (The attached image is me gaussian blurring a promo image for jabberwock.)
