Martha's everyday hair firefly issue?

Using https://www.daz3d.com/marthas-everyday-bob-for-genesis-3-and-8-females and i keep getting noise or sparkly hightlights in it.

The martha hair is to the left with swept wetlook hair centre and 2022-03 Hair to the right.

 

Any ideas why Marthas hair is doing this?
