DaveyAbbo Morphs

I've purchaced a number of DaveyAbbo products, and seem to have the same issue with each.

When I apply his morphs to my characters the level of edge displacement seen in the promos does not seem to translate to my renders.

The textures I get seem smoothed over and less defined. I have posted some examples.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here....

What level of subdivision are you using since their products rely on very high levels most of the time.

To be honest... I have not converted to subdivision surfaces...

I wish there was a pdf file included with these , showing best practices , as I'm just loading the characters with the default settings...

Even a note in the menu would be nice...

Jist try it and see if there is a difference. Click on the figure and then in parameters, under general there is a mesh resolution section. If the setting is 2, then turn it up a notch and see how it looks. be careful turning it up to much as that will really impact your system (normal systems can't usually handle more than 4)

    Thanks!

I was looking at the texture compression thinking it was something to do with that, but this seems more likely.
