hi and welcome! When it comes to characters there are just too many options and morphs that go into creating a character. If you go to the product page at Renderosity, you can contact the PA that created that product and likely did the promos (Prae) and get a definitive answer unlike the many guesses you might get here.
It's important to understand that one of the core principles of the Genesis lines is that it is possible to mix-and-match character morphs and skins to create unique combinations. While some users may indeed use unmodified stock characters, this cannot be assumed, and often it is nigh impossible to exactly recreate a character without the artist specifically giving you the "recipe".
This can be frustrating, but it's a good idea to be philosophical about it; there are far more characters that are available to you than you would ever reasonably be able to use, and uncountable ways in which you too can create a combination of your own, so no sense in worrying about the ones you can't use.
