Translate gizmo moves in %50 increments. please help!

Hello, if anyone could please help me, I'm not sure how I activated this, but now when I try to translate any figure or object using the gizmo, it shows these blue lines, and will only move in %50 increments. I can't translate in between, it skips and moves to the lines, this happens in all axis.
I would really appreciate anyone that help figure this out.

If you go to the Tool Settings pane I think you will find that you have the Snapping option enabled for Translation, 50cm is the default step size.
