Uninstall Bryce?
I am very satisfied with both DAZ Studio and Hexagon, but while I have Bryce, I simply don't use it. And given the amount of memory it uses, I don't see any point in keeping it on my computer. Unfortunately, I can't find any way of uninstalling it. Any suggestions?

In your program files (on the windows start button) under Daz \ Bryce 7 you should find an uninstall Bryce file.
I just tried that, but it won't work. It said that the uninstaller was not a valid Win32 application.
And you have already tried uninstalling from your control panel?
I checked that first thing. Bryce doesn't even show up on the uninstaller menu on the control panel.
How strange. I can't be too much help really, as I don't have Bryce on my C drive, so not certain if that makes a difference as to why I see it in my control panel. I have it on my D drive, along with all my programs. Also, I have actually never uninstalled any iteration of Bryce from a computer. I will see if I can find anyone who can help you more, over in the Bryce forum.
BTW what OS are you using.
I'm using Windows 7.
hmm, same as me. I have posted a plea for help. Hopefully we may get someone answer soon
Anothere question I didn't ask you, did you install Bryce manually using the .exe or did you use the DIM
@OrionPax09 - you may try this: locate where your Bryce is installed. I can't help you find it because I have installed Bryce 4, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.1, 6.3, 7.0 and 7.1 along with several betas at a location of my choice.
However, once you find the Bryce main folder, there should be a sub-folder Uninstallers and in this folder you should find the file "Remove-Bryce7_Win32.exe". Start it and hopefully your Bryce installation disappears. There may be some files that remain, just delete them.
A manual removal is also possible but not recommended.
If all else fails, you can try re-installing Bryce, taking care to ensure that it is installed to exactly the same location. That will overwrite the original install and hopefully provide you with a working uninstaller. I have always found Windows error messages to be less than helpful as they often say one thing, but mean something else. One of the most common reasons for an uninstaller failing are changes to the installation that were made after the initial install, causing the uninstaller to fail in locating components where it expected them to be.
You should also ensure that when you execute the uninstaller you right-click and check "run as administrator". A common assumption is that if you are logged on as a user who is a member of the administrators group that that is the same as running everything as administrator under Windows. It is not.
If you do manage to get an uninstaller to work, you may wish to run a utility such as CCleaner using the registry cleanup tab. After it has run a registry scan, look through the results for any leftover Bryce references, and uncheck everything but them before executing the cleanup. The latter is to ensure that nothing is changed in the registry that doesn't pertain to Bryce (unless, of course, you really know your way around the Windows registry and know what to keep, and what not to keep).
Finally, you can do a search of your drive(s) using "Bryce" as a keyword to locate any orphan files that were missed during the uninstall, and remove them. That should give you a pretty clean removal.
Maybe it's a pedantic point, but if you don't use Bryce, it doesn't use any memory at all. It takes up some disk space, but that's something else entirely.
Might be a bit late, but you could try using Revo Uninstaller to remove it. Checks for things programs usually leave behind even if they say they "fully" removed it from your computer.
