  Nothing quite like the Creature Creator products for G3, but there are some G8 options, such as:
  
  HFS Ultimate Shapes Bundle
  SY Fantastical Features G8F
  SY Fantastical Features G8M
  
  and others. Also plenty of options for skins, merfolk, vampires, zombies, horns, wings, etc.
