When you look at the product page, there is a teb called promo credits and it lists this hair https://www.renderosity.com/rr/mod/bcs/sav-1984-hair/100634
Many thanks for your reply FSMCDesigns! I checked the promo credits and unfortunately that SAV1984 hair you linked to is crediting a different hair in the other promo images used, not the main promo image (shown in my original post). So the search goes on!
