  Its not an easy item to pose though if you look closely at the promo image you have shown you will see where it cuts into the figure leg on the right.

  Looks like http://www.daz3d.com/attilus-marauder-for-genesis-2-male-s (part of the Gianni 6 Pro Bundle) but the image seems to have been reversed as the shoulder piece is normally on the left not the right shoulder.

  Because the renderer didn't use the pose bones, not because you can't. It has six extra handles. It's really a well-rigged set.
