  I'm not searching for it. Look at the product page {which you have not listed} - if they have used a character from the store hopefully they have listed it. If not, it may be one of their own characters [i.e. not available].

  It's a custom character used by JoeLeGecko for promos for a number of PAs (most notably GoldTassel, hence her being known as the "GoldTassel Girl"). A few users have put together recipes for recreating the character. She also uses the skin from Osuine at Renderosity.
