I have two still mad items in my cart and the Hover Transport but the Hover Transport is not Free.

Cleard basket and re-added stuf (Liu Yan and Pistol and Poses, plus hover transport) and still no discount on the transport.
Nope. None of the "Old Favourites" for solving the problem work.
I have in my cart:
Pistol and Poses for Michael 6 and Victoria 6 (Newly Mad)
Sirens for Harli's Corset Set (Still Mad)
Of course I am making the mistake everyone makes with a DAZ offer: I'm following the rules that are specified in the banner (namely: "Buy 2 or more “Newly Mad” or “Still Mad” new releases and get Hover Transport for free")
Oh, well. Who cares anyway? Like buses, there'll be another deal along soon.
It's working for me too - with those items in the cart - but the mods are in a different store group so it's possible that that is a factor. We will report it anyway, just to be on the safe side.

I think what Richard what to say is that he has to check if the Problem is on our side (depending on our Software/Hardware) or a Problem on their Side.

I'm sure it's failing for you - the question is whether that's down to a problem in the rules in the DAZ store that control discounts or to another issue. I agree that given the number affected it does look probable that it's a store issue, and I apologise for the way I phrased my comment.
Failing for me too...tried clearing cart, then clearing cache, then trying again. No dice.

Failed for me as well using the gun poses and the new v6 character.

Wasn't migrating the store software to Magnolia (or Magenta, or whatever the hell) supposed to simplify the creation of targeted offers - I thought that was the main justification? It seems that offers have never been more unreliable - with threads like these becoming ever more commonplace.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, your cart combination doesn't work for me, so whatever the issue is - it seems to be more complex than just what products are in the cart. Perhaps something to do with how many vowels there are in the member name?

No I doubt it is that as I have the same number of vowels as you, and a similar combo as 2 of one vowel and one of another. :coolgrin:
Besides whether or not the item is free, the only other difference I could see in the orders is that I am getting the extra 10% discount for owning both Darius and Monique Pro bundles.

I also am getting that discount but the hover thing isn't free for me.
Ah of course. However I did get himself to try as well, with his non Mod, non PC+ account, and it worked for him as well, He has 3 vowels in his user name, but they are 3 different vowels.
Has to be something else, we could play guessing games all day as to what is causing this to happen to some and not to others.

I'm frustrated that I can't get it to work for me, either...but there's no reason to be counterproductive or combative toward the mods.

It did not work for me ether even if I had four new March Madness items in my cart. I hope that the issue will be fixed for tomorrow.
The price in my cart was still $8.31. I have removed it and I will purchase it when it will be free...
Still not working (I cleared cart again - on a different computer) and still no discount. As I want to grab a discounted GC I'll just ditch the idea for now and hopefully it'll be resolved before the discount on the items I do quite want expires too ;)
