Help identifying FG / Fugazi1968 / Ironman character and hair?

I usually try to do a long search through the stores before posting one of these threads but this one has me stumped. Does anyone recognize the promo character or textures used by FG/Ironman in their FG Foxy Waitress and FG Streamer products? 

 

I know finding the character shape is probably a stretch (since it's probably custom) but hopefully someone recognizes the textures and/or hair?
